Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities.

Performance guarantee

The AdFikra Performance Guarantee applies only to eligible engagements. Eligibility, measurable targets, attribution rules, client responsibilities, campaign conditions and refund terms are agreed in writing before work begins. It is not a guarantee of revenue or of a specific business outcome outside those agreed conditions.

Security services

Security assessments reduce risk; they cannot guarantee that a system will never be compromised. Findings reflect the scope and point in time of the assessment.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of delivered work is defined in the engagement agreement.

Liability

Liability is limited as set out in the applicable engagement agreement and by applicable law.
